How we handle the details you send us through this website.

Who we are
This website is run by Decarb Matrix, Signature Mall, 4th Floor, Above Malabar Gold, Asif Nagar Road, Behind Rythu Bazar, Mehdipatnam, Hyderabad – 500028, Telangana, India. You can reach us at info@decarbmatrix.com.
What we collect through the enquiry forms
When you send an enquiry from the Contact, Business-Value Assessment, Where to buy or Distributors pages, we receive the details you type in:
- your name and email address (required), and your phone number if you give it
- depending on the enquiry: your organisation, role, city or region, sector, type of equipment or vehicle, fuel grade and number of assets
- your message
- on the Business-Value Assessment only, and only if you tick the box: the figures you entered in the calculator, labelled as an Illustrative Opportunity Estimate
- that you ticked the consent box
We also record the date and time, a short description of your browser, and a scrambled (one-way) version of your internet address. The scrambled version is used only to stop repeated or automated sending; your actual internet address is not stored.
What happens to it
Your enquiry is stored in our website database, which is hosted by our web hosting provider, and a copy is emailed to info@decarbmatrix.com. Decarb Matrix staff use it to reply to you and to handle the assessment, trial, supply, retail or distributor request you asked about. We do not sell your details or use them for advertising.
Why we use it
We use your details because you asked us to reply to your enquiry and agreed to this by ticking the consent box on the form.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for as long as we need them to deal with your request and any follow-up. [To be confirmed: retention period, to be set by management and counsel]
The Mileage Baseline Log and calculators
Your Mileage Baseline Log entries stay in this browser on this device. Nothing is sent to Decarb Matrix. You can delete them at any time with Clear data on the log page, or by clearing your browser's stored site data.
The calculators work in your browser. Their figures reach us only if you choose to include your estimate with a Business-Value Assessment enquiry.
Cookies and similar technology
We use one strictly necessary cookie on pages with a form, and a few items stored in your browser. There are no analytics, advertising or tracking cookies, and our fonts are served from our own server. See the Cookies page for the full list.
Your choices
To ask what we hold about you, or to correct or delete your enquiry details, email info@decarbmatrix.com. We may need to confirm it is you before we act on the request.
Changes to this notice
